Refund Process
If you want to raise a support ticket for the refund process, you must ensure that the reason is mentioned clearly. Our team will try to resolve the issue first, and if we are unable to do so. We shall then initiate your refund requisition.

The Refund process can not be initiated if:
- The user has successfully renewed the subscription for the purchased plugin.
- You bought the product by mistake.
- The user changes their mind about the product or the features are not serving the purpose.
- The user is not accustomed to using the product or does not have the required level of expertise to set up the product.
- The user doesn’t like the design of the product after downloading it.
- The user purchased multiple licenses, but only used a few of them or any license activation issue occurred.
- If our product is not compatible with other third-party products. The user must go through the product page carefully for these points.
- The user purchased the product for testing. We have a separate demo section for this, and the user is advised to use that.
- The user has purchased a customized plugin because we provide the customers with 6-month support with the current version of WooCommerce, WordPress, and PHP at the time of purchase.
Processing the refund
After going through your refund request carefully, the support team will get back to you within 24-48 hours along with your raised ticket. It is advised that the users do not update their raised ticket, and wait for the support team to get back to you.
Conflicts or Claims
In case you decide to go ahead to file a claim with your credit company or Paypal, the user will not be granted the refund, and they will also be banned from using any other plugin on WP Swings. The users should also know that filing claims of any kind is time-consuming and harassing for both parties. The WP Swings team tries to resolve all your queries, and we are committed to helping all our users to the best of our abilities.
Ideal refund request
The WP Swings team is here to solve all your queries effectively. But for us to do so, the users must also ensure to provide us with all the necessary information. An ideal refund request or ticket should have: The name of the product that, you are asking for a refund The order number The reason for the refund request.
We want to make things right for you if you feel that we cannot fix the issues in the plugin or our plugin features have some issues. WP Swings shall, upon request, reimburse the full amount paid within 30 days of the purchase.
Refund requests are to be sent via email or support ticket clearly stating the reason for the refund request. No refunds are provided after 30 days of your date of purchase.
Refunds will only be made for the current billing period and if the customer requests a refund after the current billing period, their subscription will be canceled immediately and no further payments will be charged.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for license subscription renewals. However, you can easily cancel renewal at any time, from your My Account Section.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the customer is abusing the refund policy, such as repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds for the same product.
Refund Exceptions
- Once a customer receives a refund, they will lose access to the plugin and any updates or support for that plugin.
- We do not issue partial refunds. If a customer has a subscription that they wish to cancel, they will not be refunded for any unused portion of their subscription.
Delayed or forfeited Refunds
If you haven’t received the refund yet, we sincerely apologize and kindly ask you to check your bank account first. You can also contact your credit card company and ask for the details as well (it might take some time to reflect). Even after this if the amount is not refunded, you can contact our support team any time. We will be happy to assist you!
The Payment Procedure
After a close and careful study of your refund tickets, our support team will carry forward your request. After the approval, the refund amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or to the original mode of payment that you used to make the payment. This process might take 7-10 days, and we request the users to be patient and cooperate with us during that period.
