Affiliate Terms

WP Swings reserves all the rights and ownership for this information and in case of any reference, contact WP Swings.

We use cookies to keep track of the users visiting our site through an affiliate link and personalize the experience for our users. We use third-party software like MailChimp, Google Analytics & AdWords, Live Chat Facilitators, and Hotjar for tracking them. Hence, it is equally important for your users to allow access to cookies.

We reserve the right to reject or approve ANY Affiliate Registration/Application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us if your Affiliate Registration/Application is rejected.

The affiliate only confers a right to the commission if their referral links are used by the users not directly associated with the affiliate or the company.

The affiliate is entitled to the commission provision only if the referred users are unique to WP Swings and have no existing accounts or visits to the WP Swings site.

1. Every year, the payment will be issued based on rank, therefore for each rank, the commissioned percent amount specified above will be computed and given.
2. The affiliate can join during any month of the year, the rank will be reset to 1 once 12 months have passed since the date of enrollment in the affiliate program.
3. Each year, beginning with the date of entering the affiliate program, the affiliate must earn money and achieve a particular rank in order to get the commission listed above in the table. For example, if the Affiliate earns $3500 in total affiliate earnings in one year, he will receive a 25% commission, and his rank will be 3, and next year the rank will be reset to 1
4. When the Affiliate has completed the 1-year term from the date of entering the affiliate program, they must restart at Level 1. 
5. The commission will be paid only when you have earned your first $500, i.e. $500 is the annual commission threshold.
6. For refund orders that were previously sold using the affiliates’ individual referral ids, no commission or affiliate money will be provided.

There are certain conditions/situations in which your affiliate application and status in the program may be terminated or suspended. Hence, you need to take care of a few things as mentioned below:

• Any act found confusing, deceptive, or misleading to users or aliases is strictly prohibited.
• The affiliation is not subject to any sort of takeover or outsourcing. Hence, no action claiming the management of your website by WP Swings will be entertained.
• Affiliates are only permitted to use WP Swings’s trademarks, intellectual properties, and domains under explicitly authorized banners and advertisement activities.
• WP Swings strictly adheres to restrict your affiliation in case you purchase any domain, keywords, or pay-per-click advertisements using WP Swings’s trademarks or use content explaining the products without proper permissions or consent statements.
• Any action that infringes the privacy or is considered spam or fraud to the users will not be tolerable.
• Any act, direct or indirect, violating the Terms & Conditions of WP Swings is prohibited.
• You should refrain from affiliate link cloaking/hiding and misdirecting your audience to our site. In other words, the user should be aware of landing on WP Swings’s web pages before clicking on the affiliate links.
• You can use affiliate link shortening only on specific marketing channels like social media.
• You shouldn’t indulge in purchasing our products via your affiliate links.
• Using affiliate links on sites containing sexually explicit or other violent content is prohibited.
• Using pay-per-click (PPC) advertisements for your affiliate promotion is not advisable and may result in you getting banned. Buying paid clicks from sites such as Fiverr.com is also not allowed.
• If you are found to violate our trademark policy by any means, you run the risk of getting your affiliate account terminated.
• Using copied or plagiarized content to promote products or services is not recommended at all, and you will end up in the bad books of both WP Swings and Google.
